Who we are

The Gold Coast Marriage Office is operated by Withers XYZ Pty Ltd as trustee for the Snow Withers Trust.

We provide a private celebrant service. We are not a government registry service.

Using this website

The information on this website is general information only. We work hard to keep it accurate and useful, but you should always rely on the current law and official government sources where exact legal wording matters.

Booking the service

The booking link is the right place to start if you want to go ahead.

When you book:

  • you complete the booking form
  • you pay the fee
  • you then prepare the NOIM and supporting documents

A preferred date is not finally confirmed until we receive the paperwork and check availability.

We cannot proceed with a marriage unless the legal requirements are met.

That includes the NOIM, ID and supporting documents, and the presence of two adult witnesses at the marriage.

Payments and cancellations

Fees are charged as set out on the website or booking form.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms that apply to your booking will be set out in the booking process or agreement for your service.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the legal obligations that apply to marriage paperwork.

Intellectual property

The content on this website belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law, including the Marriage Act 1961 and associated regulations where relevant.
