What does the $700 fee cover?
It covers the paperwork-only marriage service itself: booking, administration, celebrant time, the legal marriage, and lodging the registration paperwork.
When is our date confirmed?
After you book, prepare the NOIM, and send the paperwork through. We confirm the date, time, and place once it has been received and we know availability.
Is this a government registry fee?
No. This is a private celebrant service, not a government registry service.
Are witnesses included?
Only if you book the witness add-on. If you already have two adult witnesses, there is no extra witness fee.
Do we get the official certificate on the day?
No. The official certificate is ordered later through Queensland Births, Deaths and Marriages after the marriage is registered.
