If you are having only a handful of guests, the elopement ceremony at $1,800 is still personal and includes your own vows. If you just need to be legally married, the paperwork-only marriage is $820. The legal steps
Every wedding needs a Notice of Intended Marriage given at least one calendar month before the date, valid ID, and two adult witnesses. If either of you has been married before, see marriage after divorce. After the wedding, we lodge the registration and you can order the official Queensland marriage certificate.

How much is a wedding celebrant on the Gold Coast?
Our full Gold Coast wedding ceremony is $2,200 inc GST, including the custom ceremony, planning support, legal paperwork, and registration. Travel beyond the core Gold Coast area is quoted separately.
Is the ceremony written from scratch?
Yes. We build the ceremony around your story, your values, and the tone you want, whether that is funny, formal, or somewhere in between. No template read out with your names swapped in.
Can family or friends be involved?
Absolutely. Readings, a ring warming, a family acknowledgement, or a friend saying a few words can all be woven in. We make sure the legal parts still happen correctly.
Do you work at Gold Coast wedding venues?
Yes. We work at venues, private properties, beaches, and parks across the Gold Coast, and coordinate ceremony timing with your venue, planner, and photographer.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Saturdays in spring and autumn book out early. Legally, the NOIM must be given at least one calendar month before the wedding.
What if we decide we want something smaller?
You can switch to the elopement ceremony ($1,800) or paperwork-only marriage ($820) if your plans change. Just let us know.
Is it a legal marriage?
Yes. The ceremony includes the legally required wording, the signing with two adult witnesses, and registration with Queensland Births, Deaths and Marriages.
